When we took over the production of efm magazine we felt that it had been graphically left behind.

The editorial was written incredibly well, and information presented was useful to its many business readers.

We proposed a complete redesign to bring the magazine up to date. The design is modern but restrained because of the market sector that it sits within.

The D&AD awards are seen worldwide as the benchmark by which all forms of design are measured. To appear in the annual means you have obtained a high level of creative thinking and finish.

This year we are one of the few who have managed to get into the book, to get in once is good, but this is our second year in succession, so creatively we must be doing something right.

Dunster Castle is situated on the North Somerset Coast, it is run by the National Trust. They contacted us with regard to their visitors map. The old map had been problematic with the angle of view it had taken, so many people had become lost or disorientated.

We rectified this by producing the map using 3D software so the optimum viewpoint could easily be chosen without major reworking of the artwork.
